Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to take technical ownership of our DevOps infrastructure and help build scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead the architecture of DevOps infrastructure.
- Build, deploy, and manage scalable and highly available systems on Kubernetes .
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines .
- Troubleshoot and optimize servers for improved performance.
- Monitor production systems, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Implement security measures to protect infrastructure from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Review and improve existing DevOps processes and introduce new processes where required.
- Take ownership of technical challenges and resolve issues independently.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong experience in DevOps infrastructure architecture and system planning .




- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
- Experience with CNI plugins , such as Calico .
- Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio .
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and ArgoCD .
- Solid experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Prometheus and Grafana .
- Good understanding of firewalls and infrastructure security .
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Experience with data storage and distributed systems such as TiKV, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Object Storage, and PostgreSQL .
