Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team at the Mehsana location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and end-user support.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users, maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving system issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Install and upgrade operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.
- Create and manage user accounts, email configurations,



and system access.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment and ensure system availability.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and adherence to IT support SLAs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Helpdesk.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, printers, and Active Directory.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (A+, N+, MCSA, CCNA) will be an added advantage.
