About the Role

Parjanya Paper Products is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging designs for our products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have good design skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to understand customer and branding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create creative and professional designs for paper products, packaging, labels, brochures, catalogues, posters, and promotional materials.
- Develop artwork and designs based on customer requirements and company branding guidelines.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure correct dimensions, colors, layouts, and specifications.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Production, and Management teams to develop required designs.
- Modify and finalize designs based on customer or management feedback.
- Create social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, and other digital marketing materials.
- Prepare product mockups and artwork for recent product development.
- Coordinate with printing and production teams to ensure designs are accurately executed.
- Maintain organized files of artwork, designs, and customer projects.
- Ensure consistency in fonts, colors, logos, layouts, and overall brand identity.




- Stay updated with current design trends and explore new creative ideas.
- Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in paper products, packaging, printing, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, or similar design software.
- Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and print specifications.
- Knowledge of print production and packaging artwork is preferred.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand design briefs and convert ideas into professional designs.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Preferred Experience

Salary: Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
