About Indcoil Transformers

Indcoil Transformers Pvt. Ltd. is a 50+ year-old established manufacturer of oil-filled and dry-type transformers, with a revenue of INR 170 Cr+ serving leading industrial, infrastructure and government-sector customers across India.

We are looking for a Design Engineer with strong SolidWorks 3D skills to join our transformer engineering team. The candidate will primarily work on 3D modelling, assemblies and manufacturing drawings for transformers and their components.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks for transformers and associated components.
- Prepare transformer GA layouts, tank assemblies, internal assemblies, fabrication components and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Convert engineering and design inputs into accurate, manufacturing-ready 3D models and drawings.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models, including dimensions, sections and fabrication details.
- Coordinate with Electrical Design,



Production and Quality teams to ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing.
- Incorporate customer comments and engineering changes while maintaining proper drawing and revision control.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SolidWorks 3D is mandatory
- AutoCAD 2D knowledge is preferred
- Experience in transformers, electrical equipment, fabrication, switchgear, control panels or capital equipment manufacturing will be preferred

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane or Murbad MIDC, Thane. For Murbad, MIDC, pick-up and drop-off car service will be provided. Remuneration: Remuneration is adaptable and can be offered in-line with experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
