Design Engineer - Solid Edge

As a Design Engineer - Solid Edge, your mission is to prepare 3D model in Solid Edge of Chemical Injection Package with Pump, Tank, Piping and accessories as per Project Specifications and PID. You will report to [Christober Yovel]. You will do;

- Preparation of Pump 3D Model in Solid Edge, as per the Part List. Present as 2D drawing in required template.
- Preparation of Tank fabrication drawing, Structural Fabrication drawing in Solid Edge, extracted from 3D model.

- Preparation of Pipe spool drawings in Soild Edge
- Review of 3D Model & Fabrication drawings prepared by sub-vendors and other team members.
- Coordination with the draftsperson, Design Engineer and other Designers and Sub-vendors.
- Review Client standard drawings and incorporate the design in Packages.
- Preparation of Bill of Materials.
- Review design of the package in terms of accessibility / operability.

• Assist production engineer in solving issues identified during fabrication and assembly.
- Prepare part drawings / update parts drawing of pump including GD&T; as part of design optimisation (for R&D; team - DLL).
- Prepare pipeline network in Rohr2 software inline to the isometrics received from customer (for Technical consulting team - DLL) for pulsation studies.

- You have 1 - 2 years of experience, working as a Design Engineer - Solid Edge
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechnical Engineering
- Able to read and understand Pump Part list, Package P&ID;, Client standard drawings.
- Need Good English communication verbal and written, with client and internal customers.
- Well versed in using Electronic Document management system, to store and route the documents in specified process.
- Modelling Experience in Pumps, Chemical Injection Packages, Oil & Gas Plants, Refineries, Chemical Processing.
- Engineering / Manufacturing of Pumps, Pump Skids & Packages for Oil & Gas.
- Solid Edge, AutoCAD, ANSI Standards.
