Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer experienced in mechanical product/equipment design, manufacturing drawings, BOM preparation and design documentation. The candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase and Projects teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies and industrial equipment.
- Prepare GA, manufacturing, fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs, material specifications and engineering documents.
- Perform material/component selection and basic design calculations.
- Apply relevant API, ASME, AWS standards and customer specifications.
- Work on pressure-control equipment, manifolds, piping assemblies,



machined/fabricated components and skids.
- Support manufacturing, inspection, testing and resolve shop-floor design issues.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchase and Project teams.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure timely release of engineering deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Design, Machining, Fabrication and Assembly.
- Good knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, BOM and Material Selection.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo or equivalent.
- Understanding of API / ASME / AWS standards.
- Knowledge of P&IDs; and equipment layouts.
- FEA/ANSYS knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in a design-to-manufacturing / heavy engineering / industrial equipment environment preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
