?‍? Experience: 15+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing qualified from the Oil & Gas / Petroleum industry with mandatory exposure to Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) .

? Drive sales & business development for tyre inflators, compressors and allied components

? Manage key accounts with IOCL, BPCL, HPCL and other OMCs

? Handle GeM tenders, OMC RFQs and techno-commercial proposals

? Drive vendor development, registration, empanelment and product approvals

? Lead and mentor the regional sales team

? Manage sales targets, revenue, margins and business growth

? Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, invoicing and collections

Key Requirements

✅ 15+ years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development

✅ Strictly Oil & Gas / Petroleum / allied engineering industry

✅ OMC exposure is mandatory

✅ Experience with GeM tenders, RFQs and techno-commercial proposals

✅ Vendor development & product approval experience

✅ Regional sales team leadership experience

✅ Engineering / Technology graduate; MBA/PGDM is an added advantage

✅ Immediate joiners preferred
