Job Title: Deputy Placement Manager

We are looking for a result-oriented Deputy Placement Manager to drive student placements, build employer relationships, conduct placement drives, and achieve placement targets across IT, BPO/KPO, Banking & Finance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute placement strategies to achieve targets.
- Conduct 23 placement drives per week.
- Build corporate tie-ups and connect with HR/hiring managers.
- Source job opportunities through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Coordinate interviews and share suitable student profiles.
- Conduct student counselling, resume support and mock interviews.
- Maintain placement MIS and track interview/offer status.
- Support joining formalities and post-placement follow-ups.
- Work towards strong placement conversion and student retention.
