JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:





- Lead conversions from leads shared by the company. Generate leads through all possible BTL activities.
- Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end-to-end solutions for acquiring a property.
- Primarily responsible for initiating first-level contact with existing and prospective Customers.
- Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launches & legal compliance initiatives.
- Build a pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update every week.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested. Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach. - Product introduction of new releases.
- A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Direct sales, B2B sales, handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients, Luxury product/ services selling.
