Position Overview

As a Deployment Executive, you will work closely with our robotics team to deploy and operate autonomous robots on active construction sites. You will own the on-site experience end-to-end — from setup and mission planning to live operations, client demos, and basic maintenance — while coordinating daily with both our team and the site point of contact.

What You'll Do

- Deploy and operate autonomous robots on live construction sites.
- Perform robot setup, calibration, and mission planning before each deployment.
- Monitor robot performance during autonomous operations and drive the robot remotely during pilots.
- Assist in customer demos, POCs, and on-site deployments.
- Take ownership of the hardware on-site and perform basic maintenance on robots.
- Coordinate pre-deployment logistics, QC checks, and permissions with the client point of contact.
- Record deployment metrics such as trip time, load carried, and route details for each mission.
- Collaborate with our robotics software and hardware teams to improve system performance.
- Communicate daily progress to the team, sales,



and operations partners.

What You'll BringMust-Have

- Diploma or engineering degree (any stream — Mechanical, Electrical, Polytechnic, Computer Science, etc.).
- Solid proactive communication in Hindi and English.
- Genuine ownership mindset and comfort taking initiative without hand-holding.
- Willingness to travel and stay on-site across India (and internationally when required).
- Comfort with tough, outdoor construction-site working conditions.
- Basic comfort working with Windows and Ubuntu.

Good-to-Have

- Prior robotics project, internship, or consulting exposure.
- Genuine enthusiasm for robotics and autonomous systems.
- Experience managing your own travel and site logistics.

Logistics

- Employment Type: Full-time after internship
- Location: Bangalore, India (base)
- Work Mode: Field-based, on-site at client construction sites
- Travel: Pan-India and occasional international travel (fully reimbursed)
- Reports To: Robotics Head

Pay: ₹10,024.46 - ₹20,000.00 per month
