Position Required : Deployment Lead – eOffice Support

We are looking for a Deployment Lead with experience in eOffice application deployment and technical support. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing deployment activities, application configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for eOffice-related systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage eOffice application deployment, installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for smooth deployment.
- Support eOffice environments including UAT and Production.
- Perform application deployment, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Support eOffice modules such as eFile/eNoting, FMS, KMS, and PIMS.
- Handle application releases, patches, updates, and post-deployment support.
- Maintain deployment documentation, issue logs, and coordinate with NIC/NICSI and stakeholders for technical activities.

Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in eOffice application deployment and support.
- Good knowledge of eOffice/eFile, eNoting, FMS, KMS, PIMS, and related modules.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration.
- Experience with Apache, Nginx, Tomcat or similar application/web servers.




- Basic knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and SQL.
- Understanding of application installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, ports, SSL certificates, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Linux commands, shell scripting, log analysis, and system monitoring.
- Knowledge of backup, restoration, patching, and application maintenance.
- Understanding of version control and deployment/release processes.
- Knowledge of DSC/eSign and digital signature-related processes will be an advantage.
- Solid troubleshooting, coordination, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualification B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent.
