Department: Clinical Operations & Practice Development Reporting To: Chief Medical Officer (CMO) / Practice Principal Direct Reports: Treatment Coordinators, Dental Assistants, Administrative Care Liaisons, Clinical Marketing Assistants

Position Overview The Senior / Associate Clinical Treatment Director bridges diagnostic excellence, patient financial counseling, multi-specialty care management, and brand-building marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving case conversion, managing interdisciplinary care execution, maintaining clinical quality, and creating authoritative digital content to power the practice’s patient acquisition strategy.

Primary Accountabilities & Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnostic Consultation & Case Formulation

- Conduct comprehensive intraoral examinations, review 3D intraoral scans, and evaluate diagnostic radiographs.
- Formulate multi-phased treatment plans that address immediate clinical needs, long-term stability, and aesthetic outcomes.
- Utilize visual aids, digital intraoral models, and clear communication to explain conditions and procedural alternatives to patients.

2. Financial Counseling & Case Conversion

- Present treatment costs, navigate insurance benefits, and present structured payment options to remove financial friction.
- Address patient cost objections empathetically to secure immediate case commitment.
- Execute structured follow-up protocols across 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day intervals for uncommitted care proposals.

3. Content Creation & Clinical Marketing

- Direct and star in educational video content (short-form video reels, procedure explainers, patient FAQs) for social media platforms and the practice website.
- Document before-and-after case studies, smile design transformations, and patient journey stories (ensuring patient consent and regulatory compliance).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design clinical campaigns, present live Q&A; sessions, and build local brand authority.
- Script and review clinical accuracy of promotional materials, landing pages, and patient education brochures.

4. Specialist Care Triage & Execution Routing

- Match accepted care plans to appropriate in-house or visiting specialists (Endodontists,



Prosthodontists, Periodontists, Oral Surgeons, Orthodontists).
- Prepare diagnostic briefs and digital scans for seamless handoffs.
- Manage treatment sequencing for multi-disciplinary cases like full-mouth reconstructions or complex implant placements.

5. Quality Assurance & Clinical Auditing

- Review post-operative radiographs, assess tissue healing, and verify marginal fit and alignment following specialist care.
- Audit clinical charting, infection control compliance, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate directly with specialists if corrective measures or plan adjustments are needed.

6. Patient Retention & Practice Growth

- Conduct post-operative welfare calls to reinforce care quality and patient trust.
- Establish post-treatment workflows to drive positive online reviews and organic patient referrals.

Qualification Standards
- Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, or Operative Dentistry.
- Licensing: Active and unrestricted dental council registration in the operating jurisdiction.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of active clinical practice in diagnostic planning, multi-specialty care coordination, and patient counseling.
- Marketing & Media Skills: On-camera confidence, clear communication skills, experience in public speaking or clinical content creation, and familiarity with social media video formats.

- Monthly Variable Incentive: Earnable bonus tied directly to revenue targets, conversion metrics, quality assurance, and marketing content production.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
