GRI Alleset India is looking for an experienced Demand Planner with proven expertise in Global Demand Planning and Demand Forecasting within the Manufacturing domain. In this role, you will lead end-to-end forecasting cycles, capacity planning, and inventory optimization while collaborating with global manufacturing units to ensure seamless demand fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Global Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Execute robust global demand forecasting and statistical analysis for physical manufacturing lines.
- Analyze customer order history and buying patterns against forecasts to issue accurate production forecasts to global plants.
- Partner with Global Manufacturing Unit Program Managers for overall capacity allocation and global demand fulfillment.

Inventory Management & Analytics

- Establish optimal inventory targets, safety stock levels, and replenishment models across domestic and international warehouses.
- Monitor finished goods and raw materials to identify and mitigate excess, slow-moving, or dead inventory (SLOB).
- Publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly demand planning,



supply accuracy, and inventory management performance metrics.

Supply Chain Operations & Optimization

- Engage with GRI manufacturing units to address production delays, resolve open order challenges, and optimize lead times.
- Drive supply chain optimization projects, including route planning, freight cost control, and warehouse slotting.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology and improve supply chain visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Core Domain: Must possess hands-on knowledge of Global Demand Planning & Demand Forecasting in a Manufacturing company.
- Education: Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent.
- Experience: 8 to 14 years in demand planning and inventory management.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Location Eligibility: Candidates reside along the Western Line of Mumbai (preferred).
- Workplace: In office desk role at Tardeo, Mumbai (No hybrid or remote work).
