About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own and drive end-to-end lead generation across international markets. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B SaaS/IT, email and LinkedIn outreach automation, and marketing automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end demand generation from prospecting and outreach to MQL and SQL generation.
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
- Build and optimize automated email sequences, LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Manage HubSpot and other marketing automation/CRM platforms, including workflows, segmentation and lead scoring.
- Work closely with Sales/SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion and pipeline contribution.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize response rates, MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline generation.
- Develop campaigns targeting decision-makers across the US,



UK and other international markets.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Demand Generation or B2B Lead Generation.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS, IT Services or technology companies.
- Proven experience generating SQLs and pipeline through outbound campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with email automation and LinkedIn outreach automation.
- Experience with tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist or similar prospecting and outreach platforms.
- Experience working with US and UK markets.
- Strong understanding of ICP, personas, segmentation and lead nurturing.
- Data-driven approach with strong campaign analytics and optimization skills.

We’re looking for someone who can independently take a campaign from ICP and prospecting to qualified SQLs and pipeline.
