We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager/Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of our IT products and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and maintaining high-quality standards. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical knowledge in product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle of products, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules and ensure proper execution of project milestones.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency in project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.
- Lead cross-functional teams (development, testing, scrum and product management), ensuring collaboration and driving team performance to achieve delivery goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimal disruption to delivery timelines.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and addressing any feedback or concerns in a timely manner.
- Generate comprehensive status reports, document project deliverables, and provide executive-level updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience: 7-15 years in delivery management in the technology industry.
- Experience working with an IT product company is a plus.
- Experience working with an IoT company is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Comfort with Google and Zoho suite of service would be preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee and address potential delivery issues.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
