Job Purpose

We are seeking highly dynamic individuals who can engage directly with clients for tasks related to presentations and graphics, utilizing their exceptional client management and team mentoring skills. Additionally,



they are required to work on a VDI workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- 8+ yrs experience in understanding client requirement, scope projects, manage end-to-end execution and delivery (work allocation, quality control, delivery)
- Lead projects independently and guide a team of at least 5+ in daily tasks to ensure that the work is on course to meet clients' objectives
- Understand template, brand standards and should have an eye for detail
- Translate complex information / analytics to simple Infographic or other allied easy ways to communicate visually
- Think creatively, aesthetically, independently and have good knowledge on all the media and current trends in presentations design
- Proven experience interacting with, receiving direction from and clarifying requirements with end users over the phone and in writing
- Attention to details and passion to deliver quality and accuracy

Key Competencies

- Experience in MS office tools including MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel, and Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop is a pre-requisite
- Strong communication skills – Proficient in spoken and written English
- Working knowledge of proprietary pitch-book formatting tools would be an added advantage
- Add-ons: Adobe suite, Canva, Add-ins (thinkcell, Pitchbook, Mekko graphics, enhance element etc.) including google slides, word & sheet (for live document) and other graphics tools
