Position Description:

Support DocuSign and Provide enablement Support.

We are looking for an experienced DocuSign Administrator to manage, configure, and support the DocuSign eSignature platform. The role involves user and account administration, template and workflow management, integrations, troubleshooting, security, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the DocuSign eSignature platform and user accounts.
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and access controls.




- Create, configure, and maintain DocuSign templates, envelopes, documents, and recipient workflows.
- Configure signing orders, routing rules, authentication methods, and notifications.
- Manage DocuSign account settings and platform configurations.
- Monitor envelope status, troubleshoot signing issues, and resolve user-reported problems.
- Support DocuSign integrations with CRM, ERP, HR, and other enterprise applications.
- Work with DocuSign APIs and integration teams when required.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as DocuSign Admin

Skills Required:

DocuSign Product, Power BI, Product Management, Power Apps, Power Automate

Education Required: Any Bachelors' degree
