Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding outstanding dues and pending payments.
- Follow up with customers for payment recovery.
- Achieve daily/monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Follow company collection policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the team for timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Collection/Recovery experience preferred.
- Collection background mandatory for Non-DRA candidates.
- DRA-certified candidates preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
