1. Prior experience working directly at Databricks OR with a recognized Databricks partner organization.
2. Hands-on understanding of the
Databricks partner portal

3. Practical experience with deal registration and co-sell processes
.
4. Understanding of the
Databricks Brickbuilder partner program and partner-tier requirements.
5. Experience managing an alliance/partner relationship with a technology vendor
.
6. 5–8 years of experience in partner management, alliance management or ecosystem management.
7. Strong written and verbal English communication.
8. Ability to work across sales, delivery, recruitment, marketing and technology teams
.
9. Robust operational and reporting skills.
Ability to manage an ecosystem program independently rather than simply supporting sales
