Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data/ML Analyst to join our Data & AI Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, statistics, data analysis, and machine learning fundamentals. This role involves transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights, developing data-driven solutions, supporting machine learning initiatives, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work closely with data engineers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable analytics solutions and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and preprocessing using SQL and Python.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.




- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Build and evaluate machine learning models using scikit-learn and related frameworks.
- Perform feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning.
- Analyze large-scale datasets and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define data solutions.
- Apply statistical methods and probability concepts to solve business challenges.
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy across reporting and analytical processes.
- Support deployment and monitoring of ML models and APIs.
- Maintain code repositories and version control using Git.
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and business recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
