About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Integration Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions that support our clients' enterprise data initiatives, AI projects, and automation efforts. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop scalable pipelines, and ensure seamless data flow across various platforms and applications.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects utilizing cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, and to contribute significantly to our clients' digital transformation journeys.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. Extensive hands-on experience in data engineering, data integration, or ETL development is essential. A strong proficiency in SQL,



including query optimization and performance tuning, is required.

Experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, and enterprise application integrations is highly desirable. Candidates should have a solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and relational database concepts. Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure (Storage, SQL, Logic Apps) or AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda, Glue) is necessary.

Additional skills in workflow automation tools like Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps, along with version control practices using Git, will be advantageous.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, and data integration solutions that support business analytics and operational reporting. They will develop and optimize complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data models to ensure high-performance data retrieval. The role involves integrating data from various sources, including REST and Graph APIs, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms, managing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data formats such as JSON and XML.

The engineer will also design and implement cloud-based data solutions on Azure or AWS,



ensuring data security and compliance standards are met. Troubleshooting and resolving data quality, synchronization, transformation, and integration issues will be a key part of the role. Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions is essential.

Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, data mappings, and workflows in accordance with data governance best practices will also be part of the responsibilities.
