Role Description The Data Associate is a full time remote role responsible for supporting data-driven decisions that improve MEI+ platform performance and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, maintaining accurate data records, and ensuring data integrity.

The Data

Associate will perform basic and intermediate data analysis, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. The role also involves documenting data processes, assisting with data quality checks,



and contributing to continuous improvement of data workflows within the mental healthcare support setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Science capabilities to interpret complex information and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess solid Data Analytics skills to perform descriptive and diagnostic analysis, create reports, and generate meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Data Management skills to handle data collection, organization, validation, and maintenance of data sets.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to present findings, collaborate with team members, and support non-technical stakeholders.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools), attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and familiarity with healthcare or mental health environments.
- Relevant education in data science, statistics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
