Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data & Analytics Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, BigQuery, and DOMO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing transformation frameworks, optimizing data platforms, and delivering reliable analytics solutions.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, orchestration, CI/CD, and cloud data engineering skills, along with the ability to collaborate with analytics and engineering teams.

What Were Looking For

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering.
- Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, access controls, and performance tuning.
- Robust proficiency in dbt, including models, tests, macros, exposures, and CI/CD integration.
- Hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines using Prefect, including flows, tasks, deployments, and agents.
- Experience with BigQuery, including partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization.
- Strong experience with DOMO for data visualization, dashboards, and BI delivery.
- Advanced SQL skills with strong data analysis and transformation experience.
- Python experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data engineering.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Listrak is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build,



and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation layers using dbt, Snowflake, and BigQuery.
- Develop and manage reliable Prefect orchestration workflows for data processing and delivery.
- Build and maintain DOMO dashboards, reports, and data products in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for data modeling, testing, documentation, and data quality.
- Optimize Snowflake and BigQuery performance, queries, and compute costs.
- Develop and maintain trusted source-of-truth datasets, semantic layers, and data contracts.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD processes for data engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business teams to deliver actionable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot data pipeline and transformation issues and ensure reliable data delivery.
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to overall data engineering excellence.
