Data Analyst – SQL | Snowflake | Tableau

Location: Tamilnadu, India (Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore and Chennai)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience in SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to support data-driven business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable exploring and analyzing large datasets, identifying meaningful insights, and presenting findings through effective dashboards and business-focused reporting. Strong communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and explore data using advanced SQL to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Work with data stored in Snowflake for querying, analysis, and data exploration.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Translate business requirements into meaningful data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Work closely with business and stakeholder teams to understand problems and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Perform data validation, investigate data inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy of analysis.
- Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data exploration.
- Practical experience working with Snowflake.
- Robust experience in Tableau dashboard development and visualization.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and interact effectively with stakeholders.

Good to Have

- Experience in the Healthcare / Healthcare Analytics domain.
- Exposure to healthcare data, claims, providers, members/patients, or related datasets.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Python or other data analytics tools.
