Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data analysis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Perform statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and reporting methodologies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.




- Automate recurring reports and data workflows where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, etc.).
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of databases and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or ATS systems.
- Experience working with large datasets and business intelligence tools.
