Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can analyze company data, identify business requirements, highlight areas of improvement, and provide meaningful insights that support business growth, operational efficiency, and better decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be strong in data analysis and visualization and should be able to convert raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from different business functions.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and areas of improvement through data analysis.
- Prepare regular and customized MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Analyze business performance and provide insights for growth and development.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with different departments to understand their data requirements.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance metrics to track business performance.
- Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations based on data.
- Monitor business trends and support forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reports and datasets.
- Automate recurring reports and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and data analysis.




- Hands-on knowledge of Power BI/Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Understanding of data cleaning, reporting, visualization, and interpretation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to translate complex data into simple and actionable business insights.
- Good understanding of business operations and performance analysis.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Business Analyst / MIS Analyst or in a similar role.
- Candidates who have worked closely with management and business teams will be preferred.
- Should have a business-oriented approach rather than only a reporting-oriented mindset.
- Should be capable of identifying what is working, what needs to change, and where the company can improve and grow.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
