Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Reporting Analyst III to support data-driven decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves gathering, preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources and developing reporting solutions.

The candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, build data models and reports, ensure data quality, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in Data Analytics, Data Reporting, BI Development, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Databricks and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Robust experience with Power BI reporting and visualization.
- Experience working with and creating Power BI Data Models.
- Knowledge of DAX, SQL, R, or similar statistical/data programming languages.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets and deriving meaningful business insights.
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and consolidation.
- Foundational knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression, distributions,



and statistical tests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of relational and multidimensional database design.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, query, extract, merge, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Prepare, clean, consolidate, and validate datasets for analytical activities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Build and maintain Power BI data models and reporting solutions.
- Use SQL and other analytical languages to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
- Work with Databricks and ETL processes for data preparation and transformation.
- Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshoot data/reporting issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders on reporting initiatives.
- Support end users through documentation, training, and reporting assistance.
