Designation: Spex Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Strategy & Analytics team at Practo Technologies. In this role, you will lead data-driven problem solving, manage a small team of analysts, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights and driving performance through structured reporting and business intelligence.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across functions such as

product, sales, customer operations, or marketing.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI





Google Sheets.
- Translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Own recurring business performance reports and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in planning and tracking execution of business-critical projects.
- Coordinate between teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure timelines and deliverables

are met.
- Track progress, flag risks, and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Support program managers with reporting, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and pilot programs.

Whom We're Looking For?

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deliverables.
- A self-starter looking to expand from pure analytics into execution and program involvement.
- Handson experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard configuration.
- Prior exposure to revenueoperations or incentivecompensation design

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business/data analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; knowledge of BI tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
- Prior exposure to project coordination, execution support, or program tracking is preferred
