About The Role

This full-time Data Analyst role at IQlytics Solutions is a hybrid position based in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

The Data

Analyst will be responsible for gathering, cleaning, and validating data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. The role involves building dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will perform exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.

A key aspect of the role is developing and maintaining analytical models that support AI-driven solutions and translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. Collaboration across multiple teams, including commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance, is essential to understand requirements, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to a data-driven organizational culture.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and identify meaningful trends and patterns.



Practical knowledge of statistics and data modeling is essential to design robust analyses, build predictive models, and validate results. Effective communication skills are necessary to present insights clearly, prepare concise reports, and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with data tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics or visualization platform (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau) is required. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team-based, hybrid environment. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science is preferred.

Relevant certifications in analytics or AI will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting and cleaning data from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time monitoring of key performance indicators is a core task. The role involves performing exploratory data analysis and applying statistical techniques to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives.

Building, testing, and validating analytical models to predict trends and support AI-powered solutions will be part of the daily activities.



The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, translate business requirements into analytical solutions, and support decision-making processes. Monitoring data quality and ensuring compliance with data governance standards is also vital.
