We are hiring for Data Analyst - HRIS & People Analytics based at Noida.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors Stories/Reporting and other HR analytics tools.
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors data to develop meaningful reports and dashboards across key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce demographics, diversity and employee lifecycle.
- Collect, transform, validate and analyze HR data from SuccessFactors and other HR systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Translate HR data and trends into actionable insights for HR Leadership, HRBPs and business stakeholders.
- Partner with the HRIS/PSA team to understand SuccessFactors data structures, configuration and reporting requirements.
- Define and standardize HR KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks across entities.




- Automate recurring reports and improve existing dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support HR teams with ad-hoc analytics, reporting and self-service dashboards.

Key Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HRIS Reporting or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its HR data structure/reporting capabilities.
- Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development, data modelling and visualization.
- Knowledge of Power Query, DAX, SQL and advanced Excel.
- Positive understanding of HR processes, workforce metrics and people analytics.
- Experience delivering end-to-end HR analytics/dashboarding projects is preferred.
