Role & responsibilities

- Plan and conduct age-appropriate dance classes for students.

- Teach dance techniques, choreography, movements, rhythm, and basic theory.

- Train students in various dance forms as required by the institution.

- Prepare students for school events, competitions, cultural programs, and performances.

- Create and choreograph dance routines for individual and group performances.

- Assess students progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom workplace.

- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and safety practices during classes.

- Coordinate with teachers and management for events and performances.

- Maintain attendance, lesson plans, and other required records.

- Stay updated with current dance trends, techniques, and teaching methodologies.

- Encourage students to participate confidently in performances and competitions.
