We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives – Voice Process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Update customer details and call information in the system/CRM.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Maintain professional communication and etiquette during every customer interaction.

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and resolve customer concerns.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
