Customer Voice Process Executive

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 + Variables

Experience: 0-1 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to customers to address their queries and provide information about products and services.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Query Resolution: Answer customer queries effectively and efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve common goals and targets.

Requirements:
- Education: Any graduate (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfortable with using computers.
- Interpersonal Skills: Robust customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
