Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls

- Explain products, offers and showroom promotions

- Generate qualified leads and customer walk-ins

- Follow up on enquiries and prospective customers

- Maintain accurate customer details and call feedback

- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions

- Achieve daily calling, walk-in and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements

- Strong communication skills in Malayalam

- Basic English communication skills

- Confident, persuasive and customer-friendly approach

- Basic computer and Excel knowledge

- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or retail experience is preferred

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference

Salary will be decided based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹8,887.16 - ₹15,000.00 per month
