Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet defined productivity and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
- More than 1 year experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
- Experience in International voice / chat process required
- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate Joiners Required
