Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
- Provide prompt, polite, and accurate resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on open queries.
- Understand our nutrition products and communicate product information clearly.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and response standards.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
