Consultancy is hiring motivated Freshers for a Non-Voice Customer Support role in New Town, Kolkata. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring quick and effective resolution without needing to take phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle written customer queries (Chat/Email) professionally and efficiently.

- Maintain high standards of accuracy, response quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues when needed.

- Manage customer records and log interaction details accurately in the database.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Open to Freshers (Graduates and Undergraduates across all streams).





- Strong written communication and comprehension skills in English.

- Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Compensation & Perks

- In-Hand Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 / month

- Travel Allowance: ₹1,400 / month

- Work Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off

- Transport: One-way cab facility provided

- Shift Details: Rotational shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
