Role Description This is a full time, on-site Customer Support Intern role based in Coimbatore. The intern will respond to customer inquiries across channels, provide accurate information about products and services, and ensure that each interaction reflects Putchi’s values of empathy and sustainability. Daily responsibilities include addressing order-related queries, guiding customers through product features and usage, and escalating technical or complex issues to the appropriate teams.

The intern will document customer interactions,



track recurring concerns, and collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining clear communication, following support processes, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on empathetic, solution-oriented interactions.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and clear verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Support capabilities and basic comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer feedback, identify patterns, and suggest improvements to support processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer queries in a structured manner.
- Interest in maternity, women’s health, sustainability, or ethical fashion is an advantage.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; prior internship or experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
