nUS Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

nHandle inbound & outbound calls with US & UK customers

nProvide professional customer support and resolve queries

nGenerate, qualify & follow up on leads

nExplain products/services clearly to customers

nAchieve sales, lead generation & performance targets

nMaintain accurate customer & call records

nFollow process guidelines and quality standards

nWhat We're Looking For

nStrong English communication skills

nConfident & professional personality

nGood interpersonal and customer-handling skills

nBasic computer knowledge

nComfortable working in a target-driven workplace

nFreshers with good English communication skills are welcome





nInternational BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support / Telecalling / Sales experience is an advantage
