What You’ll Do

- Handle customer queries through calls, chat & other channels
- Provide quick and effective customer support
- Resolve complaints and customer issues
- Follow up with customers when required
- Maintain customer & support records
- Coordinate with internal teams
- Ensure a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For

✔ Good communication in Hindi & English

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Customer-friendly attitude

✔ Good listening & problem-solving skills

✔ Ability to handle customers professionally

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
