We are hiring for multiple customer support and account management processes in Bangalore. Openings are available across voice, semivoice, and KAM roles. Freshers, MBA freshers, and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice and semivoice support.
- Provide accurate resolutions and maintain qualified communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate with internal teams.
- For KAM role: manage key accounts, build client relationships, and drive performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate (10+2+3).
- MBA freshers eligible for KAM role.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Versant Level: 4.

Kudlu Gate

Voice Process

- Fresher: 21,000 CTC/month (16,000 takehome) Annual: 2.52L CTC / 1.92L TH
- Experienced: Up to 22,000 CTC/month (17,000 takehome) Annual: 2.64L CTC / 2.04L TH
- Apprenticeship: Fresher 19,000 TH | Experienced 20,000 TH Annual: 2.28L 2.40L TH
- Shifts: 9 am8 pm (female), 9 am–9 pm (male).
- 6 days working, rotational week off.

Shivajinagar Semi Voice & Voice Process

- Fresher: 22,000 CTC/month (17,000 takehome) Annual: 2.64L CTC / 2.04L TH
- Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC/month (19,000–20,200 takehome) Annual: 3.00L CTC / 2.28L–2.42L TH




- Apprenticeship: 21,000 TH Annual: 2.52L TH
- Shifts: 8 am–8 pm (female), 8 am–12 am (male).
- 6 days working, rotational week off.

Key Account Manager (KAM)

- MBA Fresher: 25,000 CTC/month (20,000 takehome) Annual: 3.00L CTC / 2.40L TH
- Experienced: Up to 30,000 CTC/month (25,000 takehome) Annual: 3.60L CTC / 3.00L TH
- Apprenticeship: 22,500 TH Annual: 2.70L TH
- Shifts: 7 am–9 pm (any 9 hours, rotational).
- 6 days working, rotational week off.
