Job Overview

We are hiring for a Wealth Management process supporting customers in the Brokerage and Cryptocurrency domain.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in brokerage, stock trading, investments, cryptocurrency, wealth management, or related financial services and should be comfortable handling customer queries and providing accurate process-related assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to brokerage, trading, investments, and cryptocurrency services.
- Assist customers with account, transaction, investment, and platform-related queries.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions as per process guidelines.
- Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain professional communication and a high level of customer service.

Required Skills & Experience




- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in the financial services domain.
- Prior experience in Brokerage / Stock Broking / Trading / Cryptocurrency / Wealth Management / Investments is required.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in financial products or investment platforms will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, trading, investments, or cryptocurrency.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Education
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
- Relevant industry experience will be given preference.
