Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Blended Process Executives in Gurgaon. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice processes, providing effective customer support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Dropout candidates can apply.
- GDS Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




- Candidates should be comfortable working in a blended process involving voice and non-voice activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and reservations using GDS systems.
- Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and transactions.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers at all times.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
