What You'll Do

- Partner with Sales to run product demonstrations that spotlight the real-world value of our platform.
- Own account management for a portfolio of onboarded clients, proactively keeping them informed on new features and opportunities.
- Drive customer success through adoption tracking, business reviews, and sharing best practices
- Be the primary escalation point for customer issues, owning troubleshooting through to resolution.
- Identify and execute on upsell and renewal opportunities to grow revenue per account.
- Collaborate with Product to shape and evolve our customer success strategy.




- Maintain customer success metrics and reporting as directed by leadership.
- Review customer feedback and complaints to proactively improve the overall experience.
- Help refine our onboarding process for a smoother, faster path to value.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize feature requests and bug fixes based on customer input.
- Keep customer records accurate and stakeholders aligned across the business.
- Run satisfaction surveys and follow through on feedback

What You Bring
- 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Comfort working independently and prioritizing in a rapid-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models, plus familiarity with CRM and project management tools.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams to hit customer success goals
