About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Telecaller / Customer Engagement Executive to connect with prospective customers who have shown interest in financial products through digital marketing campaigns.

The role involves speaking with generated leads, understanding their requirements and interest, capturing relevant information, and passing qualified leads to the respective Relationship Manager (RM) for further discussion and closure.

No prior knowledge of financial products is mandatory. Proper training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Interact with customers regarding Loans, Insurance and Mutual Funds .
- Understand the customer's initial requirement and level of interest.
- Provide basic information about the relevant product based on the training provided.
- Identify and qualify potential customers and forward suitable leads to the Relationship Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



customer responses and follow-up requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers wherever required.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements
- Good verbal communication skills in Kannada and English are mandatory .
- Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, lead generation or financial services would be an added advantage.
