- Connect with international clients/customers and understand their queries.
- Provide accurate and skilled solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle customer interactions with confidence, patience, and empathy.
- Resolve customer queries while ensuring a great customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with customers from different countries and backgrounds.
- Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.
