ABOUT THE PROCESS

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for reputed Telecom and Banking processes.

Telecom Process involves handling customer queries related to telecom services, billing, plans, connectivity, account-related concerns and providing appropriate resolutions.

Banking Process involves handling customer queries related to banking services, accounts, transactions and other banking-related concerns while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

ELIGIBILITY

HSC or Graduate candidates can apply

Freshers and experienced candidates both are eligible

Excellent English Communication is mandatory





Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts

SALARY

Fresher: 24,000 to 29,000 in hand plus PF

Experienced: 29,000 to 37,000 in hand plus PF

Salary will depend on documents, relevant experience, communication skills and interview performance.

SHIFT AND WORKING DETAILS

24/7 rotational shifts

Any 9 hours working

Night shifts included

5 days working

2 rotational week offs

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation facility available

Pay: ₹30,545.26 - ₹35,610.67 per month
