We are seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Executive who can efficiently manage customer interactions and support the company's sales activities The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and converting opportunities into business
Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer enquiries through calls and other communication channels
- Explain products/services to customers clearly
- Identify sales opportunities from customer interactions
- Conduct outbound calls for lead generation
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution
- Maintain daily sales and customer interaction records
- Meet monthly sales and performance targets
