Job Responsibilities

- Call customers to remind them about regular car service and maintenance.

- Inform customers about service due dates, offers, and service packages.

- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.

- Follow up with customers after servicing to collect feedback.

- Handle customer inquiries regarding service, repairs, and maintenance.

- Maintain accurate records of customer calls, appointments, and follow-ups.

- Contact existing customers to encourage repeat service visits.

- Explain available service offers and promotions clearly to customers.

- Escalate customer complaints or technical concerns to the appropriate department.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
