Eligibility:
Graduates (Freshers)
Undergraduates with 6 months of international BPO experience
Work Structure
- 5 Days Working / 2 Days Rotational Off
- Skills Needed: Excellent English communication skills
- Rotational Shifts (Majorly Night Shifts)
Salary Structure:
Freshers: 27,000 (in hand)
Experienced: 32,000 (in hand)
Incentives & Bonuses:
Performance Incentives: Up to 9,000/month
Attendance Bonus: 2,500 (for 100% attendance in the first 3 months)
